I must provide the material to engrave / cut?
That is possible. If you have an object that you want to have personalized, contact us .
What image file formats are accepted for laser engraving?
The best file is the vector file, SVG format. For certain productions, a JPEG, PNG or PDF format may be sufficient.
What types of materials can you engrave using lasers?

What are the order processing and shipping times?
At Ma p'tite création, the time before shipment is 2 to 4 working days from receipt of payment for the order. However, our team makes every effort to reduce these delays as much as possible and ship the packages as quickly as possible!
The delivery times indicated by our carriers are 48 to 72 working hours for delivery in Metropolitan France. They vary depending on the delivery method selected when ordering.

I made a personalization error when placing my order. Can I modify it?
Have you just noticed an error in your order? Want to change your order? Contact us as soon as possible.
If the fulfillment of your order is already underway, unfortunately we will not be able to make the requested changes.
I have a promotional code. Where should I fill it in?
At the payment stage, enter the promotional code in the "I have a promotional code" section, then click OK. The promotion will apply automatically.
Can I make an exchange / return an order / return an item that I have had engraved or personalized?
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the vast majority of products in the Ma p'tite création catalog. Indeed, in the case of personalized products according to the specificities of the customer, Ma p'tite création cannot, according to Article L 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, take back or exchange the products at the customer's request.
